Identity, difference and diversity

We are all unique, shaped by many factors such as age, gender, racial heritage, sexual orientation and identity, upbringing, and values. These differences often influence how we experience the world and interact with others. For some clients, exploring this can be a valuable opportunity to develop self-understanding and self-acceptance, and to help manage the assumptions (and sometimes the prejudices) held by others.

In our work together we may want to explore these areas, and if this becomes part of our work, I will approach this in an open and respectful way.
